Positive Negative

Instructions: Draw a head and split it in half using a line. Write positive thoughts about yourself on one side and negative thoughts about yourself on the other. Explore how these thoughts affect your mood and discuss the idea "we decide much of the course of our life and level of happiness by the way we process our thoughts, the way we choose to think about ourselves and our circumstances."



I think thoughts drive behaviour. Should you think happy thoughts about yourself and your circumstances you would feel better. Feeling better attracts better things into your reality. It all starts with you and your decision to focus on the good that you and life has to offer.
